About Us
Stephanie Neitzel, Principal of Water Rich, LLC, is a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado, United States. After graduating from the University of Denver in 1994, her primary practice area has been water law, but has also included related environmental and real estate matters. Her clients include municipalities, special districts, ranchers, ditch companies, and farmers. Ms. Neitzel is also a professional engineer licensed in Florida and Colorado. Prior to obtaining her law license, Ms. Neitzel practiced as a civil engineer in south Florida. Her engineering background complement’s her practice in the complex area of water law. Ms. Neitzel has authored several professional publications on water rights law and water resource management.
